Since 1872 the Press Ball Berlin is one of the most important meeting platforms for communication media, economy, politics and advertising. More than 1,700 top-class guests met at the Hotel Maritim at the 117. Press Ball in Berlin.
The opening of the evening was enriched by Walter Kohl, son of Ex-Chancellor Helmut Kohl. His emotional speech about the life and work of his parents was inspiring. Also many other special guests attended the ball night, such as Gregor Gysi (Politician) and Richard Lugner, a former Austrian building contractor. Alexander Shorokhoff was one of the main sponsors part of the event.
The highlight of the evening was the performance of Boney M. feat. Liz Mitchell. At midnight all guests danced to their number one hits like “Daddy Cool“, “Rivers of Babylon“ and “Ma Baker“.
It was a successful and unforgettable evening. Many thanks to the organizers of the press ball in Berlin.
