REGULATOR AVANTGARDE

Dear Watch friends,

since the first presentation of the Avantgarde collection in 2011, the beautifully designed Regulator series R01, which is also technically on a high level, was included. It immediately enjoyed great popularity in its category, and was able to successfully compete with other watch brands on the market. With many great details, such as an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a sapphire crystal back with 7 screws, a hand-engraved and finished movement with blued screws, and an excellent price-performance ratio, nothing else was imaginable.

In 2016, the successor R02 was developed, even more sophisticated and elaborate in a more traditional finish. Even more was invested in the new model. The dial was produced very high quality with a striped and a sunray guilloché.

The center of the dial was opened to see the beautifully filigree hand-engraved movement. All the bridges of the movement were hand-engraved, the wheels were polished and finished, and the screws were blued. The identity of the brand – the elegant curvaceous basilica hands and the large number 60 – were retained. The model won the third place in the Golden Balance Award in 2017.

The movement for both models is the excellent 3105.Poljot movement, which is converted into a regulator at the “Alexander Shorokhoff” watch manufactory. The quality of the movement leaves nothing to be desired. Until 1999, it was produced in Russia as a replica of the Valjoux movement 7734 without the chronograph function. Today, unfortunately, only a few movements remain, which are also slowly coming to an end at the “Alexander Shorokhoff” watch manufactory.

The last models of both R01 and R02 series are available for purchase in very low single digits.
